1. Clean: Wipe the rubber stoppers of both the peptide vial and the bacteriostatic water vial with an alcohol swab.

2. Draw Water: Using a larger syringe, draw of bacteriostatic water.

3. Mix: Slowly inject the water into the peptide vial. Aim for the glass wall, not the powder directly. Do not shake; gently swirl until dissolved.

4. Measure: Use an insulin syringe to draw units for your research.
