Methodology.
Each synthesis batch is independently sampled by a third-party analytical lab. We use reverse-phase HPLC (high-performance liquid chromatography) with UV detection at 214 and 280 nm to quantify peptide content and resolve impurities. Mass spectrometry confirms identity. Bacterial endotoxin is screened via LAL assay below 0.05 EU/mg.
Any batch below the 99% purity threshold is rejected and reworked. Batches above threshold are released with a numbered Certificate of Analysis that ships inside the package.
Why we publish everything. The peptide research market is full of vendors claiming purity numbers nobody can verify. We publish the COA for every lot we sell. If a batch falls below standard, it doesn't ship — period.
